Meet the Team

Melissa Marino has over 14 years of nursing experience specializing in long term care, nursing home, skilled nursing, and assisted living nursing. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and is licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse and a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in both New York and New Jersey.

Equipped with over 10 years of executive level leadership experience in long term care, including her previous role as Vice President of Clinical Services, Melissa possesses extensive knowledge of standards of care, state and federal regulations, and healthcare policies and procedures. Melissa also has substantial experience as a Director of Nursing in subacute/skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living settings, providing a well-rounded combination of clinical, operational, and leadership expertise.

In addition to her healthcare leadership experience, Melissa currently serves as a Nursing Professor at a state university, where she is committed to advancing nursing education and preparing future healthcare professionals. Her unique combination of executive leadership, clinical expertise, and academic experience enables her to share a depth of knowledge and insight across both healthcare and educational settings.
